We want to make sure you're aware that appointments are available month to month for your convenience. Mark your calendars because our booking system opens every 3rd Sunday at 2pm. Don't miss out! If you're in need of a VIP slot and require a more urgent appointment, we've got you covered. Simply click here to submit a request, and for an additional $300, we'll do our best to squeeze you in. We just wanted to take a moment to go over a few important policies to ensure a smooth experience for everyone:

  1. Late Arrival: Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running a bit behind and arrive more than 10 minutes late, a friendly heads-up that there will be a $50 late fee. In most cases, we won't be able to extend your appointment time.

  2. Payment Method: We kindly ask that you refrain from making cash payments. Instead, we prefer payments through Zelle for  a hassle-free transaction.

  3. Refunds: At JuneyBeesTotalCare, we prioritize your satisfaction. Kindly note that we do not issue refunds for services, products, extensions, or units. In case of any issues, exchanges or repairs will be arranged to ensure your satisfaction.

  4. Appointment Changes: To help us maintain our schedule and accommodate everyone's needs, we kindly request no same-day changes to appointments. If you need to make any adjustments, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  5. Consultation Requirement: For services that require a consultation, please make sure to book one before scheduling the service itself. This will help us ensure that we meet all your specific needs and preferences.

  6. Deposits: We require deposits for all appointments. Please keep in mind that deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable.

  7. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please make sure to do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

  8. Cancellation Policy: We stand by our policies and believe it's only fair to honor them for everyone. However, if there's any reason we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will refund your deposit and offer you 20% off your next appointment as a gesture of goodwill.

  9. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of power outages or Acts of God, don't worry! Your appointment will be rescheduled without any additional deposit required.
