b. Wig Making: We create custom wigs based on client specifications, using high-quality materials.
c. Sew-In Services: We provide sew-in hair extension services to enhance hair volume and length.
3. Refund Policy
a. Refunds will be issued solely for manufacturing errors or defects. Clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product or service to request a refund due to a manufacturing error.
b. Refund requests must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the manufacturing error or defect. Our team will assess the evidence to determine eligibility for a refund.
c. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.
4. Measurement and Fitting
a. Clients who order wigs online or in person are responsible for providing accurate head measurements.
b. If ordering online, clients must refer to our provided measurement guide and instructions to ensure accurate measurements.
c. Clients visiting our physical location will have the option to have their head measured by our professionals to ensure precise fit.
d. We are not responsible for ill-fitting products resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.
a. Payment for Services is due at the time of booking or order placement.
b. Accepted payment methods include online, zelle.
c. Prices for Services are clearly outlined on our website or provided in-person, and clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting these prices before proceeding.
6. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
a. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
b. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be determined at our discretion.
7. Client Responsibilities
a. Clients must accurately communicate their preferences, specifications, and expectations for Services, including hairstyle, color, and wig features.
b. Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions that could affect the provision of Services.
8. Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including designs, images, and content, remain the exclusive property of Juney Bee's Total Care.
b. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written permission.
